Shipment

Our products are shipped by Bpost. The cost we charge for shipping your order is € 2,95 for packages under 10kg. It is also possible to have your order delivered at a collection point. Then the cost price will be € 2,95.
Other packages are delivered as follows:

Pick-up point from 10 - 30 kg = € 7.50
Standard shipping from 10 - 30 kg = € 10.50

There is also the possibility to pick up your order in Brasschaat. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. This is only possible by appointment and after 17.00 hr.

We aim to have your order delivered to your home within 2 working days, if the item is in stock. If we do not have your order in stock, we will notify you within 2 working days and indicate when we expect to be able to deliver.

Do you not  live in Belgium but do you want to place an order? No Problem!

Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations despite our good care, it can be returned. You have the right to dissolve the purchase from a distance within 14 working days after receipt of the products. The following conditions apply:

The items to be returned must still have labels and be returned in the original packaging and will not be taken back if: the items have been damaged, used and / or washed, you have tried to repair a defect yourself or you have not followed the instructions.
If you want to return a product, you must indicate this in advance via info@timetocozyup.be. The items to be returned must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order and have been received by us. Items that have not been received by us or not within the set deadline will not be accepted.

Address the shipment in accordance with instructions in the e-mail, which you will receive after registration and return the shipment as soon as possible to a post office or service point. Upon delivery you will receive a shipping receipt with a barcode on it. Keep this proof of shipment until your return has been processed by us.
The receipt of your return will be confirmed by e-mail. The amount of the return is credited. The payout takes place on the same account number on which the payment was made by you. Please note that the shipping costs are for your own account.

Cancel

If the order has not yet been paid and processed, the order can be canceled free of charge. If you have paid the order by bank transfer to our bank account and your order has not yet been processed, the order can be canceled free of charge and the entire total amount will be refunded.

Washing instructions

In order to guarantee the quality of Clayre & Eef's textile products, we recommend the following treatment:
Wash the textile products at maximum 30 degrees during the first wash. Add a dash of vinegar, so that the color is retained;
The textile must then be washed at a maximum of 40 degrees;
The preference is to dry the textile naturally. If you choose to spin, do this at the lowest setting;
It is not recommended to put the textiles in the dryer;
Do not leave the textiles in the water;
Do not expose the textile to sunlight;

Textiles with applications such as stitching, ribbons and buttons should preferably be washed in a laundry bag.
Always consult the washing label attached to the product before washing. All textile products from Clayre & Eef are made with care. They are hand-woven materials. Irregularities are characteristic of the production method of these materials. These irregularities emphasize the authenticity of our products and are therefore no reason for complaint. A shrinkage of 10% is acceptable for such materials.

Secure ordering process

The entire order process of our webshop is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). As soon as you continue from the shopping cart to the order process, the page automatically switches to an SSL connection, so that the connection can not be 'tapped'.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of all users of our site and we handle your data carefully. We guarantee that your personal information is treated in confidence. The information we ask you to use the orders as quickly and as carefully as possible. We do not sell personal information to external parties.

Complaints

Are you not satisfied? Then we would like to hear it. To register a complaint you can send an email to info@timetocozyup.be. We request you to notify us within a few days by e-mail.
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible, in consultation with you. State the order number and telephone number in your mail. We will contact you as soon as possible.
The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint are initially for your own account. These costs will be credited if the complaint is declared well-founded.
The products must be washed according to the washing instructions. If you choose or have opted for a different washing method, your complaint will at all times be rejected as unfounded.
